1. WAWF Mobile for Vendors

WAWF Mobile for Vendors provides the appropriate Web Services to handle EDA Pre-Pop, validation, and submission of an Invoice, Receiving Report, and a COMBO document into the WAWF application using a mobile device.

Receiving Reports allow UID input, Pack Later input, and Transportation Later input.

All the web service calls are encrypted and secured.

Creating an Invoice, Receiving Report, and a COMBO document from a template is available.

Search functionality is available to allow a vendor to search for Invoices, Receiving Reports and COMBO documents in WAWF.

Vendor is able to Recall and Resubmit Invoices, Receiving Reports and COMBO documents.

Vendor is able to Void an Invoice, Receiving Report, and COMBO document.

Vendor has the option to create an Invoice, Receiving Report, and COMBO document Online.

Note: Attachments are not supported for the Mobile Application.

2. WAWF Mobile for Government Inspectors and Acceptors

WAWF Mobile for Inspectors and Acceptors enables acceptance via small, hand-held devices, either using live wireless connections or periodic updates.

Applies to Inspection and Acceptance of:

- Receiving Report

- Purchase Card Receiving Report

- Micro Purchase Card Receiving Report

- Commercial Invoice 2n1

The application supports both connected and disconnected modes.

The acceptance mobile app does not support creation of documents.

The acceptance mobile app does not support creation of deficiency report (SDR/PQDR).

The acceptance mobile app does not allow the Inspector to send the Receiving Report back to a Vendor for Correction.

A complete document validation is performed prior to submitting or uploading the document.

The Save functionality always saves the document on the local device regardless of the status of internet.

The following CAC readers are programmed to work with the WAWF Mobile device:

baiMobile® 3000MP Bluetooth Smart Card Reader by Biometric Associates, LP

- Supported platforms include Apple iOS 4.x (iPhone and iPad) and Android 2.2 and higher.

Note: Some of the mobile operating systems do NOT allow uploading attachments so the functionality for attachments is limited and depends on the OS of the mobile device.
